What is Health Coaching?
As an Internationally Certified Health Coach, I understand that there's much more to health than just nutrition, exercise, and doctor's visits. Health Coaching is exclusive in that it looks at every aspect that makes up a person, known as "The Circle Of Life" (shown below) – aspects such as relationships, career, home environment, physical activity and social life. Having a deep understanding of all these aspects plays a significant part in helping us become our best self.
How is this different from Nutrition Coaching or Personal Training?
A health coach can help you establish new habits in order to achieve an overall behavior change. A nutritionist or dietician can help with issues related specifically to food. A personal trainer helps with issues related specifically to exercise. Typically, as people begin working towards a health or wellness goal, they're tempted to find a “quick fix.” Health coaching goes beyond a quick fix and tries to help you find sustainable solutions. Long term behavior changes are often difficult to accomplish on your own but with the guidance of a health coach you will likely succeed.
Why Holistic Health Coaching With Me?
I am here to help you experience a holistic health approach that takes into account wellness for more than just the physical body. I strongly believe that your body mirrors your mind so if we can work together to help you achieve both a healthy mind and body then reaching your goals is inevitable. I am also there with you along the way to help you stay accountable, gain perspective on your strengths and recognize areas you want to improve upon. My goal is to empower you to take control of your own well-being. This isn't a "one-size-fits-all" approach, you will be recognized as the unique individual you are.
How Do You Get Started?
Your first step is to book a 30-Minute consultation call by clicking the link below and filling out the questionnaire (you will need to allow pop-ups). Once the questionnaire is completed I will contact you to book your consultation. Upon completion of your consultation, you will then receive an informational packet to be completed and returned 24 hours prior to your session. This packet includes your health history, personal well-being, and goals. By completing this form, you're providing me with a foundation of who I'm meeting with and what's important to you.
We will then work together over the course of the time you decide, depending on which package you choose, to create an individualize plan of action. As a team, we will find solutions that fit your lifestyle and preferences in a supportive and judgment-free environment.

Upon completion of your program you will receive:
A full report from notes of each meeting including your progress throughout the program. This report gives you the tools you need to recognize what works for you and what obstacles prevent you from reaching your envisioned state of well-being. This will set you up to either continue working towards your goals on your own or gives us a checkpoint to re-evaluate your goals should you decide to continue working with me.
